Rachel is our founder and chair of trustees. Prior to setting up Refugee Kindness, Rachel was a self-employed barrister. She set up Refugee Kindness out of frustration over the inequalities in society and a desire to extend kindness to others.

Lisa is a Deputy Headteacher at a special school in North Wales. She has a keen interest in access, inclusion, equality and communication for all members of our community. She can offer support in relation to Additional Learning Needs, assessment and Safeguarding.

Donna Powell is employed as our Friendship Officer. She has over 16 years working with the BAME community and Sanctuary seekers seekers.
